Bằng việc cài đặt, truy cập hoặc sử dụng tiện ích mở rộng trình duyệt Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation ("Tiện ích", "Dịch vụ"), bạn xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý chịu sự ràng buộc của Điều khoản Dịch vụ này cũng như Chính sách Quyền riêng tư của chúng tôi. Nếu bạn không đồng ý với bất kỳ điều khoản nào, vui lòng gỡ cài đặt tiện ích và ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ.
2. Phạm Vi Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ & Mục Đích Duy Nhất (Single Purpose)
Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation là công cụ phần mềm hỗ trợ tự động hóa luồng công việc tạo ảnh theo danh sách cho các nhà sáng tạo nội dung trên nền tảng ChatGPT Web. Tiện ích thực hiện duy nhất mục đích: nạp danh sách prompt của người dùng, hỗ trợ đưa prompt vào giao diện tạo ảnh theo lượt và tự động tải hình ảnh kết quả về máy tính cá nhân.
3. Tài Khoản & Bảo Mật
- Bạn có trách nhiệm duy trì tính bảo mật của tài khoản và mật khẩu truy cập tiện ích của mình.
- Bạn cam kết cung cấp địa chỉ email chính xác để nhận mã kích hoạt và quản lý giấy phép bản quyền.
- Bạn hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hành vi diễn ra dưới tài khoản của mình. Khi phát hiện dấu hiệu truy cập trái phép, bạn cần thông báo ngay cho chúng tôi qua địa chỉ support@extensionvietnam.com.
4. Gói Dịch Vụ, Thanh Toán & Bản Quyền Pro
- Bản Free: Cung cấp miễn phí 10 lượt tạo ảnh tự động mỗi ngày (được làm mới vào 00:00 theo múi giờ UTC+7).
- Gói Pro: Dành cho người dùng chuyên nghiệp với đặc quyền: "Không giới hạn lượt tạo ảnh, ưu tiên hàng đợi, lưu trữ lịch sử dài hạn".
- Thanh toán & Kích hoạt: Người dùng có thể thanh toán qua các phương thức được hỗ trợ (như chuyển khoản ngân hàng qua VietQR hoặc các cổng thanh toán hiển thị trong hệ thống). Đơn hàng sẽ được kiểm tra và kích hoạt bản quyền điện tử ký số ECDSA P-256 sau khi nhận đủ tiền theo đúng mã đơn hàng.
- Chính sách hoàn tiền áp dụng theo văn bản Chính Sách Hoàn Tiền (Refund Policy) được công bố công khai trên website.
5. Sở Hữu Trí Tuệ & Quyền Nội Dung
- Quyền của bạn: Bạn sở hữu toàn bộ bản quyền, nội dung văn bản prompt, và các sản phẩm hình ảnh được tạo ra từ quá trình sử dụng tiện ích trên máy tính cá nhân của bạn. Extension Vietnam không đòi hỏi bất kỳ quyền sở hữu nào đối với nội dung sáng tạo của bạn.
- Quyền của Extension Vietnam: Mã nguồn, giao diện, logo, nhãn hiệu thương mại và tài liệu hướng dẫn của Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation thuộc quyền sở hữu trí tuệ độc quyền của đội ngũ phát triển Extension Vietnam. Nghiêm cấm mọi hành vi sao chép, dịch ngược mã nguồn, mạo danh thương hiệu khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản.
6. Hành Vi Bị Nghiêm Cấm (Prohibited Conduct)
Khi sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn cam kết KHÔNG thực hiện các hành vi sau:
- Sử dụng tiện ích để phát tán, tạo ra các hình ảnh vi phạm pháp luật, nội dung khiêu dâm, bạo lực, phỉ báng hoặc xâm phạm quyền của bên thứ ba.
- Cố ý can thiệp, tấn công từ chối dịch vụ (DoS), giả mạo chữ ký số bản quyền hoặc phá vỡ các biện pháp bảo vệ kỹ thuật của máy chủ Extension Vietnam.
- Sử dụng bot hoặc công cụ tự động để tạo hàng loạt tài khoản rác nhằm gian lận hạn mức miễn phí.
- Vi phạm các điều khoản dịch vụ của các nền tảng bên thứ ba mà tiện ích tương tác (bao gồm ChatGPT và Google Workspace).
7. Giới Hạn Trách Nhiệm Pháp Lý & Từ Chối Bảo Đảm
- Dịch vụ được cung cấp trên nguyên tắc "Nguyên trạng" (As-Is) và "Tùy mức độ sẵn sàng" (As-Available). Chúng tôi nỗ lực tối đa để đảm bảo sự ổn định, tuy nhiên không đảm bảo rằng tiện ích sẽ hoạt động không gián đoạn nếu nền tảng bên thứ ba (như giao diện web ChatGPT) có những thay đổi cấu trúc đột xuất ngoài tầm kiểm soát của chúng tôi.
- Trong mọi trường hợp được pháp luật cho phép, Extension Vietnam không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp, hệ quả ngẫu nhiên, hoặc tổn thất lợi nhuận phát sinh từ việc sử dụng hoặc không thể sử dụng tiện ích.
8. Điều Chỉnh Điều Khoản & Chấm Dứt Dịch Vụ
Chúng tôi có quyền sửa đổi các Điều khoản này khi cần thiết và sẽ cập nhật ngày có hiệu lực trên website. Việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ sau khi thay đổi có hiệu lực đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp thuận các điều khoản mới. Chúng tôi có quyền khóa hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản nếu phát hiện hành vi gian lận hoặc vi phạm nghiêm trọng Điều khoản Dịch vụ.
9. Luật Áp Dụng & Giải Quyết Tranh Chấp
Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh sẽ được ưu tiên giải quyết thông qua thương lượng thiện chí giữa các bên. Nếu không đạt được thỏa thuận, tranh chấp sẽ được chuyển đến cơ quan có thẩm quyền giải quyết.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation browser extension ("Extension", "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the Extension immediately.
2. Scope of Service & Single Purpose
Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation is a productivity software tool engineered to automate batch image generation workflows for content creators on the ChatGPT Web client. The Extension fulfills a single specific purpose: loading user prompt batches, automating step-by-step entry into the generation interface, and downloading rendered images directly to the user's local machine.
3. User Accounts & Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and authentication tokens.
- You agree to provide a valid, authentic email address for account activation and license verification purposes.
- You accept full accountability for all actions performed under your registered account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@extensionvietnam.com.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Pro License
- Free Tier: Provides 10 automated generation runs per day, refreshing at 00:00 UTC+7.
- Pro Tier: Designed for professional content creators offering: "Không giới hạn lượt tạo ảnh, ưu tiên hàng đợi, lưu trữ lịch sử dài hạn" (Unlimited image generations, priority queue, long-term history storage).
- Payment & Digital Entitlement: Payments may be made via supported billing methods (including VietQR bank transfer). Upon confirmation of full payment corresponding to the unique order reference, a cryptographically signed ECDSA P-256 license entitlement is granted.
- Refunds are governed by our publicly published Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
- Your Ownership: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all text prompts, input materials, and final rendered images generated via the Extension on your computer. Extension Vietnam claims no proprietary rights or license over your creative output.
- Extension Vietnam Rights: The Extension's source code, visual interface, logos, brand assets, and documentation represent the proprietary intellectual property of Extension Vietnam. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to utilize the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or promote content that violates applicable laws, incites violence, disseminates hate speech, or infringes upon third-party rights.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against Extension Vietnam authentication servers, or forge cryptographic entitlement certificates.
- Employ bots or automated scripts to bulk-register accounts to circumvent free tier rate limits.
- Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms with which the Extension interacts (including ChatGPT and Google Workspace).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of breaking DOM modifications or policy updates enacted by third-party web platforms.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extension Vietnam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.
8. Amendments & Termination
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. Notice will be reflected by the updated Effective Date. Continued use following changes signifies your acceptance. We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in malicious activities or severe breaches of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved initially through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
